  FELIPE NOGUERA  DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA  RECONOCIMIENTO DE  Malcolm Garvey University  The Malcolm-Garvey University has decided to recognize the brother , comrade and professor Felipe Noguera as an honorary doctorate of this entity - the highest university degree - for the many merits and sacrifices made in his career as a revolutionary, Pan-Africanist activist in Africa and the Caribbean in the service of black liberation and the principles of Garveyism. His political and militant contribution was decisive to raise the RBG flags, victories and consolidation of the 4th International Garveyista in the Hispanic world as well as the 2nd world summit of solidarity with the Sahel held in Madrid Spain 2025.
