1º aniversario de la PNL de reparacion Negra

El Parlamento Europeo , conmemora 1º aniversario de la PNL de Comunidad Negra . Madrid.- El 17 Febrero del 2010 a instancia de la Federación Panafricanista de Comunidades Negras de España y en virtud de la resolución y plan de seguimiento de la Conferencia de Durban ONU, Sudáfrica 2001 Chincha, Perú 2006: las cortes españolas por unanimidad en la comisión de igualdad aprobaron la proposición no de ley de reconocimiento de la Comunidad Negra española. El histórico texto incluye la condena y perdón por la participación de España en el colonialismo, tráfico de esclavos y como estrategia de lucha contra el racismo y la defensa de los DDHH insta al las diferentes administraciones a implementar políticas de acción afirmativa hacia la comunidad negra.
